Do you offer a trial for paid plans?

Yes. You can start on the free plan with watermarked exports, then move to Creator, Pro or Studio when you need credits and clean exports.

Can I really cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and cancel from the billing page in your account; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

What currencies and payment options are available?

Checkout is handled by Stripe in USD and accepts major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device and region support them.

Can I add more AI credits to my plan?

Higher tiers include more credits each month. If you need a bigger allowance, upgrade to the next tier and the new credits apply from that billing cycle.

How do AI credits work?

Each generation uses a small number of credits. Creator includes 6,000 credits a month, Pro 30,000 and Studio 180,000; unused credits do not roll over.

What are the limits on subtitles and translations?

Automatic subtitles are unlimited on every paid tier. Translation covers 50+ languages on Pro and Studio, subject to fair-use limits.

How do you charge for multiple users?

Plans are billed per seat per month. Add seats from the billing page and Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice.

What is your refund policy?
